Werkschau zum 100. Geburtstag“. (Rudolf Wachter. Wood! Work exhibition on the occasion of his 100th birthday.”)Rudolf Wachter, born in Bernried in 1923 and deceased in Munich in 2011, made a significant contribution to the renewal of wood sculpture. He always understood wood as a living material with which he entered into a dialogue.
